The house was perfect for our group of two couples. It is in great shape and had everything we needed. On top of this the Melissa and her contacts made every part of the trip, very easy. She connected us with transportation and they were waiting for us as we walked out of customs at the airport. The house was ready when we arrived and the AC in the bedrooms was amazing.

We found the walk along the beach into town was a great way to get in some exercise each morning and evening as well.

On top of that Brett was proactive in checking on the process of check in, etc, and provided great recommendations for food and activities. We can’t wait to come back and would not hesitate to rent the house again.

My wife and our two adult sons had a wonderful stay. The house sits just back from the beach behind a fence and some beach grass. It’s an easy, lovely 15 minute walk to Sámara town center. There’s AC in the bedrooms which my wife and I didn’t use (we like to hear the surf) but our sons did. Two nice, well-outfitted kitchens. Owner and on-site manager were extremely helpful, with great communication. I knocked a star off only because it’s not a posh place, but certainly more than comfortable; I could easily have given it 5* all the way across. Highly recommended.

Steps from one of the best beaches in the world. Rare property. Brett is an excellent host. Immediate response to any concerns. We would love to return to repeat the experience!
